Victor serves on the facilities team, bringing a strong work ethic and a hands-on approach shaped by years of experience both at home and in the community. For the past eight years, he focused full time on raising his five children, stepping into the role of stay-at-home dad as his family grew. Victor reenters the workforce with renewed purpose and energy.
During his time at home, Victor, along with his wife, managed a dynamic household, tackled daily challenges, and wore many hats—all of which sharpened his organizational and problem-solving skills. He is currently studying for IT certifications to expand his professional skills. In their free time, Victor and his family enjoy hiking local trails and traveling together.
