Jesus is the great healer. Of course, we wonder why some experience healing and others have to find healing on the other side of the grave. But we know Jesus has the power to heal, and does heal, exactly according to His will for our good. There are so many ways Jesus heals things. I have seen miraculous physical healing. I have known people to be immediately healed of addictions. I have seen the Lord patiently pour the balm of Gilead into deep emotional wounds over a long period of time that eventually brought healing. Walking with Jesus is walking with a Healer and Great Physician.
