13. School Supplies for Sudanese Children | Sudanese School for Refugees

A gift of $5 provides breakfast for one child for one week. A gift of $45 provides a week of breakfast, a backpack, a pencil case, a coat, and pajamas for the winter. 

Sudanese Displaced Children’s Learning Center is an independent school for refugees in Cairo, Egypt with 300 children and 32 staff, all of whom are Sudanese. We place a great emphasis on the spiritual welfare of the children, of whom 20% are orphans and the rest are from single parent families. We provide clothing, school supplies and daily breakfast for each child knowing, for some, it will be their only meal.
